  • HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

    You can browse our Shop for print-on-demand designs fulfilled by our partner platform. For wholesale or custom orders, email us at info@fanblood.com.

  • WHERE CAN I BUY FAN BLOOD MERCH?

    Click the Shop link in our menu to explore our print-on-demand store. Purchases are securely processed and shipped via our trusted fulfillment partner.

  • IS MY PAYMENT INFO SAFE?

    Absolutely. Your order is guaranteed 100% secure. All orders are encrypted with 128-bit SSL technology, and no credit card numbers are stored in the database.

    Our trusted print-on-demand partner’s website is also scanned daily by Qualys Secure to ensure your transaction is always protected.

  • DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

    Because every Shop item is custom printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review size charts and design selections carefully before completing your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with the print, contact our print-on-demand partner using the link in your order confirmation email.

  • HOW DO I ORDER THE RIGHT SIZE?

    Every product includes a Size Chart below the images—be sure to check it before ordering, as sizing can vary between garment styles. We recommend measuring a similar item you already own and love, then comparing those measurements to the Size Chart to find your best fit. Please note: slight variations (up to 1 inch) from the size chart are considered normal due to standard manufacturing tolerances.

  • WHO HANDLES SHIPPING & CUSTOMER SERVICE?

    All Shop items are fulfilled and shipped by our third-party print-on-demand provider. If you have an issue with your order, use the contact link provided in your order confirmation email.

  • CAN I CUSTOMIZE AN ORDER IN THE SHOP?

    We currently don’t support design changes on our print-on-demand listings, but we can create custom designs separately. See our Custom Orders section below.

  • DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE PRICING?

    Yes! We offer wholesale pricing for group orders, teams, businesses, and events. Minimums apply. Just email us at info@fanblood.com with your needs and a representative will get back to you.

  • CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM DESIGN?

    Absolutely. We can customize most messaging, colors, and even add logos or original graphics.
